Designed with 3 arc settings to maintain the natural 26-degree curve of the lumbar spine. Support can be removed if preferred.
Padded Side Support
The side supports offer side-to-side control with removable inserts, minimizing damaging movements of the spine.

It fits just like a glove
This back brace really is no joke. It works SO well. It doesn’t just help posture, it aligns my lower back so I feel comfortable throughout the day, despite my spinal injuries, in my lower spine. It fits just like a glove.
I love the ergonomic design. I feel very comfortable wearing it for many hours during the day. It helps relieve my degenerative disc pain, SI joint pain & the nasty sciatica that comes along with it.
It’s a winner 👍! 5 stars for value - effectiveness- quality - design! Give this one a go, friends!!!!

Provides excellent back and posture support
It's very comfortable and I have been wearing it under my shirt against my skin. It gets a little warm after an hour so I just take it off for a break if needed. The instructions also state to limit wearing it to 2 hour sessions at a time. You can also wear it over your shirt easily if you don't care about showing that you're wearing a brace. It's not too bulky but I prefer hiding it under my shirt anyway.

More comfortable than the common back brace
To my amazement, it is more comfortable than the other ones I have! It doesn't need to squeeze my body as hard as it has a plate at the back and side that would also support my back. I could wear this longer than the other ones. The top of the brace dig into my ribs a bit but that is due to 1) I have short midriff, 2) This is size M, I should have gotten myself a size S instead.
The overall quality is excellent, sewing is done straight without threads hanging off. The fabric is soft and not scratchy. I highly recommend to give this a go.

We recommend referring to the sizing chart above, which matches your weight and waist measurements (from M to 3XL/4XL).

Is there a recommended time limit for wearing the belt?
We recommend starting with 30 to 60 minutes a day to allow your body to adjust to the spine alignment.
Once you are comfortable, you can wear it for longer periods, especially during activities that strain your back (like driving, working at a desk, or lifting). However, we generally recommend taking it off every 2-3 hours for a short break to let your muscles engage naturally.

Is it possible to wear the belt underneath my clothing?
Yes! The Neurogena Support Belt is designed with a low-profile, breathable material.
It fits comfortably under loose-fitting shirts, sweaters, or jackets without being bulky or noticeable, allowing you to experience pain relief while at work, grocery shopping, or socializing.

Can I wear the belt while sleeping?
No, we do not recommend wearing the belt while sleeping.
While lying down, your spine is naturally decompressed, and your muscles need to rest. Wearing a compression brace during sleep can interfere with blood circulation and is not necessary for relief.
